Swedish | Warm oil and long fluid strokes help relax your mind, body, and soul.

Deep Tissue | This massage focuses on breaking up adhesions while using a generous amount of pressure at a slow and steady pace.

Mini Massage | For those in need of a quick fix. A mini Swedish or Deep Tissue massage focuses only on the place you need it most.

Prenatal | A body pillow helps keep things comfortable while mommies-to-be indulge in this treatment.
